This small (but high profile) architectural design firm is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a passion for social media marketing, a creative mindset and excellent communication skills. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive new business. This is a rare inhouse role and it provides excellent job security and progression. Candidates must have excellent social media management skills and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team on Social Media strategy and execution
• Overseeing content creation and management
• Using digital marketing strategies to maximize business development
• Monitoring analytics to ensure highest impact
• Undertaking market research and trend analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000
