Genius Visionary Inc. is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence across our portfolio of brands. This is a contract role well suited for someone who is passionate about digital storytelling, platform management, and building an engaged online community. The right person will take ownership of content and scheduling across Genius Visionary, Genius Tax Advisory, and Genius USYNCRO, while working closely with our VP of Strategic Communications and Growth to strengthen and expand each brand's footprint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for current affiliate and strategic partners, maintaining strong and consistent communication throughout the relationship.
• Ensure partners feel supported by addressing questions promptly, coordinating deliverables, and following through on shared commitments.
• Keep an organized partner directory and relationship log to track engagement history and the status of each partnership.

Affiliate and Partner Development

• Research and identify prospective affiliates for the Genius Visionary affiliate program across relevant industries and audiences.
• Seek out strategic partnership opportunities that can extend the reach and resources of the Genius Visionary ecosystem, including Genius Tax Advisory, Genius Launch Pad, and other brands within the portfolio.
• Lead initial outreach and qualification conversations with prospective partners, and bring strong candidates forward to the VP for consideration.

Program Support and Administration

• Work alongside the VP of Strategic Communications and Growth in the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including performance tracking, partner communications, and program upkeep.
• Assist in developing and implementing a partner evaluation system to assess affiliate and strategic partner performance on a yearly basis.
• Support the creation of partner-facing materials, onboarding documentation, and program guidelines.

General Responsibilities

• Track affiliate activity, commissions, and partnership milestones using designated tools or platforms.
• Assist in preparing partnership reports and summaries for internal review.
• Keep up with trends in affiliate marketing and partnership best practices to bring informed ideas to the program.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or a related area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple partner relationships without things falling through the cracks.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools is an asset.
• Able to think strategically while staying grounded in the day-to-day work of relationship management.
• Background in professional services, financial services, or multi-brand organizations is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and thriving in a contract-based, results-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
