About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day social media activities across various channels, supporting campaign initiatives, thought leadership, and public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics, ensuring that our brand narrative is effectively communicated to our target audience. This position requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on content execution, coordination with internal teams and external agencies, and leveraging social listening insights to optimize engagement strategies. The role is based in the US Eastern or Central Time Zone and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful social media campaigns that enhance brand awareness and thought leadership in the cybersecurity and identity management space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B, technology, or corporate brand environment
• Strong writing and editing skills for digital and social content
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social
• Ability to interpret performance data and recommend actionable improvements

• Execute daily social media activities, including content review, publishing, and optimization to ensure consistency and quality
• Support campaign and public relations amplification, including managing real-time and rapid response moments
