About This Position:

In this role, you will assist and collaborate with our Social Media Manager and the Marketing Division. You will create tailored and unique content for our social media pages that will actively engage prospective clients and employees.

What to Expect:

  • Compensation starting at $40,000-$45,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and film a spotlight segment with a local San Antonio business. This would require travel in your own vehicle around the San Antonio Area.
  • Design daily social media posts for our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter pages.
  • Record and edit our company's podcast throughout the week.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. 
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network. 
  • Provide constructive feedback. 
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the business social media strategy. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Experience in Hootsuite (preferred).
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office products, and Canva.
  • Comfortable with photography and videography.
  • Very organized individual with a great work ethic under pressure.
  • Capable of developing creative solutions for branding needs, marketing promotions, and programs appealing to different age groups and trends. 
  • Excellent multitasking skills. 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. 
  • Team Player.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • High proficiency in Graphic Design.
