2. Golden Ratio–inspired audio designed for calming, grounding, and focus
3. Simple presence-led teachings shared through Reels, Shorts, and TikTok

Our content is used daily by people around the world to:

1. Regulate their nervous system
2. Reduce stress and mental noise

Most of our reach comes through high-volume short-form video, which is why consistent, native posting is essential to our mission.

THE ROLE — What you’ll do (simple, focused, high impact)

This role is execution-focused, not creative production.

We already have a clear, simple posting system — you’ll be trained on it and supported.

The majority of our content must be posted natively inside each platform and cannot be fully automated.

Daily Posting (20–25 videos/day)

Across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

1. Uploading content delivered by the editor or team
2. Posting natively inside each app (this is essential)
3. Pasting captions using a simple formula we provide
4. Adding covers/thumbnails when needed (minimal)
5. Ensuring posts go up cleanly, on time, and consistently

While some content can be scheduled, most of this role is hands-on native posting inside the apps.

Stories & Engagement

1. Posting stories across platforms
2. Reposting testimonials and community reactions
3. Sharing new uploads
4. Comment checks
5. Light DM checks when automations miss something
6. Forwarding any support-related messages to the appropriate team member

Being the Daily Rhythm of the Brand

Your consistency ensures Harmony’s content reaches people who rely on it as part of their daily wellbeing and grounding practices.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Fast, reliable poster
2. Loves structure, repetition, and clear systems
3. Comfortable inside Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
4. Calm, grounded energy
5. Low ego, high ownership
6. Sunday–Thursday availability (with occasional light weekend support)
7. Interest in sound-based healing, meditation, or wellbeing content
8. Excited to grow with a rapidly scaling digital brand
9. Access to very fast, stable internet (required for frequent large file downloads and uploads)

COMPENSATION

$4,000–$4,500/month retainer

Full-time contractor role

100% remote
