The Archive is a boutique marketing agency specializing in strategic social media marketing, brand positioning, and content systems for growing businesses.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who understands that social media is more than posting — it’s about building intentional, results-driven marketing systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and strategic, with strong writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple client accounts
2. Write captions that align with brand voice and marketing strategy
3. Develop and maintain monthly content calendars
4. Perform competitor and market research
5. Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
6. Collaborate on content direction and strategy
7. Ensure consistency across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Qualifications

1. 1–3+ years experience in social media marketing or content management
2. Strong copywriting skills and understanding of brand voice
3. Experience with content scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
4. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
5. Strong organizational and communication skills
6. Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working with service-based businesses or personal brands
2. Understanding of content strategy, not just content creation
3. Ability to identify trends while maintaining brand consistency
