As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing our social media strategy and managing strategic visibility in the HR space through trade press, events, and marketing partnerships. This role requires a creative thinker who can craft compelling narratives, engage audiences, and amplify our brand's thought leadership in the realm of HR tech.

Responsibilities:

1. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads)
2. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, leveraging insights to optimize content
3. Manage and nurture relationships with HR media outlets, partners, and influencers
4. Stay up to date with HR industry narratives, advising on how and where to share our complementing product roadmap stories.
5. Create and manage engaging, on-brand experiences at HR industry events.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
2. Familiarity with economics is preferred
3. 2+ years of experience in social media management, public relations, or digital communications
4. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling content
5. Experience with media relations, influencer outreach, and press engagement
6. Familiarity with content creation tools and video editing
7. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
8. Passion for digital storytelling, community engagement, and brand-building
