Job Summary:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive our digital marketing efforts with creativity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Management: Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with the marketing strategy and promotional campaigns.

- Community Engagement: Monitor and manage all social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media analytics to gain insights on audience demographics, traffic, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies to optimize future results.

- Campaign Collaboration: Work with influencers, industry partners, and other collaborators for co-marketing initiatives that expand our brand reach.

- Support Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the conversion optimization team to track user engagement, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance online conversions.

- Blog Writing: Develop compelling blog posts that educate and inspire, sharing culinary insights, wellness tips, and meal prep ideas with our audience.

- Marketing Strategy Development: Contribute to cutting-edge marketing strategies that amplify our brand, highlight our menu, and drive promotions.

- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, integrating innovative strategies to strengthen our digital footprint.

- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities and set benchmarks to guide our marketing initiatives.

A Successful Social Media Marketing Specialist Will Have:

- 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing

- Experience in User-Generated Content (UGC) creation and management

- 1+ years of experience in SEO

- Proficiency in paid advertising (a plus)

- The ability to think creatively and design engaging marketing campaigns
