Job Description:

Duties

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement.
  2. Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity for insights that inform campaign adjustments.
  3. Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure timely posting and optimal reach.
  4. Execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to expand reach and drive conversions.
  5. Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize content strategy, and report on key metrics.
  6. Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
  7. Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging during campaigns or crisis management efforts.

Experience

  1. Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  2. Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
  3. Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  4. Experience executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
  5. Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management techniques, and public relations strategies.
