60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. Talkiatry is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of social media to lead and execute our organic social media strategy, creating a compelling and professional digital presence that drives patient discovery, strengthens employer branding, and expands organic reach. The ideal candidate is highly creative, collaborative, and data-driven, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences while maintaining brand authority and credibility in the mental health space.



You will:

  1. Lead strategy and execution for Talkiatry’s social media and social content channels as part of the Marketing organization
  2. Create engaging content in collaboration with Talkiatry’s doctors, leadership team and creative team to reach our key audiences: patients, clinicians, health system partners
  3. Tailor content across social channels that resonate and generate engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X.
  4. Plan, maintain, and execute an editorial calendar, ensuring a steady cadence of engaging educational and inspirational content.
  5. Develop and manage an input, review, and approval workflow to ensure efficient collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  6. Monitor social conversations and brand mentions, identifying opportunities to engage and mitigating risks to brand reputation.
  7. Gather actionable insights from analytics to refine content strategies and optimize engagement.
  8. Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to keep the strategy innovative and effective.




You are:

You have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in social media management for high-growth brands.
  3. Proven track record of building engaged audiences across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  4. Strong proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brand Bastion) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform tools).
  5. Expertise in writing and editing, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  6. Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality content.
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
