The goals of this role are brand presence & development and revenue generation from consumers and non-profit individual giving.

Social Media Manager Job Description
We’re looking for a social media manager who can build brand presence and drive consumer purchases of our B2C solutions as well as manage B2B and Non-Profit campaigns simultaneously.
This is a FULL TIME (40 hrs.) hands-on role where you will collaborate with marketing managers to create and post content, execute a social media calendar and provide performance reports. You’ll work under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Deep social media management and execution experience with mix of content creation, engagement management with an analytic and platform trend driven approach
- Proficient content creation (video, graphics, imagery) skill o support social media and other ancillary channels (e.g. blog)
- Highly organized and ability to independently create, manage and deliver on a social media calendar
- Data driven approach in owning social channel metrics, complete weekly dashboards and adjust content strategy to achieve goals
- Cross functional communication skills to support the client team with light video editing and completing client reports on time
- Experience adapting messaging, content creation and tactics across various social platforms and target audiences
- Experience running multiple campaigns across numerous social channels
- Comfort with both strategizing and execution and an ability to self-manage.
- B2B marketing experience and lead generation is a plus.
- Equal expertise across Tik Tok, Facebook, IG, X, YouTube, Linked In
Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize social media channels
- Intimate knowledge of current customer/member accounts and client partnership accounts to engage, share and post
- Create photo, short form and long form video, and animated graphics content daily
- Drive and increase conversions from social to website
- Drive B2B lead generation for our B2B lead efforts (LinkedIn)
- Stay up to date with the latest platform trends (music, imagery, graphics, captions, tags, etc.)
- Manage and oversee various social channels
- Contribute to the overall brand and marketing strategy
- Implementation of the digital marketing strategy
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
The following requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a hands-on social media manager
- 3+ years content creation - photo editing, video editing, and motion graphics implementation
- Strong knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Competent video editing required (Adobe Premier or similar), light weight layout requirements (Canva)
- Ability to work independently in remote setting and drive results
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
