Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to join our agency. The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of experience working with Meta, is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive engagement, build community, and support our clients’ overall marketing goals. This role requires a creative, proactive, and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  2. Create, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  3. Identify target audiences and tailor content strategies accordingly.
  4. Content Creation and Management:
  5. Develop compelling and on-brand content, including copy, images, videos, and graphics.
  6. Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing across platforms.
  7. Community Engagement:
  8. Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community and grow our audience.
  9. Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  10. Analytics and Reporting:
  11. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  12. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
  13. Platform Expertise:
  14. Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and tools across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and others.
  15. Collaboration and Coordination:
  16. Work closely with management to align social media initiatives with broader campaigns.
  17. Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 3+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands.
  3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Later, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4).
  4. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  5. Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  8. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  9. Experience with short-form video editing.
