Social Media Manager

This position will start off as Remote and then transition to Hybrid: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to New York (NY), Connecticut (CT), London or Dubai.

ROLE:

We are not looking for just another content scheduler. We’re looking for a world-class Social Media Manager who can grow and move a brand like the best in the game. Someone who understands digital culture, strategy, community building, and what it actually takes to build influence and momentum in today’s landscape.

You should think like a marketer, operate like a strategist, and execute like a content lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Build and execute a content and growth strategy that drives awareness, leads, and conversions
2. Manage and post across multiple platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, etc.
3. Identify trends, test content formats, and double down on what world
4. Use insights and analytics to iterate weekly and improve performance
5. Partner with designers, editors, and the internal team to produce and distribute high-impact content
6. Create and maintain a consistent voice, tone, and cadence for the brand

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 3-5 years in social media management for high-growth brands or creators
2. Proven track record of growing accounts from the ground up (or 10X-ing growth)
3. Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and the content styles that drive performance
4. Skilled at writing compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs
5. Strong analytics background–understand how to track performance and use data to drive decisions
6. Creative and scrappy- you know how to get things done, fast

SKILLS:

1. Expert-level understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube
2. Strong content strategy and brand-building skills
3. Excellent copywriting with viral hook and CTA mastery
4. Data-driven mindset: knows how to read and apply insights
5. Deep Knowledge of algorithms and platform growth strategies
6. Creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
7. Strong project and campaign management skills

RESULTS:

1. Significant account growth across multiple platforms (followers, reach)
2. Increased engagement rate month over month (likes, comments, shares)
3. Successful execution of campaigns, trends, and launches
4. High-performing content that drives website traffic or lead gen
5. Consistent posting cadence and on-brand content execution
6. Clear month-over month improvement in content performance and KPIs
