We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies, a deep understanding of social media analytics, and the ability to create compelling content. While not mandatory, expertise in video creation, photography, editing, and short-form content like TikToks and Instagram Reels will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Manage and oversee social media content creation, ensuring high-quality and engaging posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
• Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Ability to create and edit engaging short-form content, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
