Job Description:

This is a remote role.

Pay Range: $44/hr - $49/hr​


The purpose of this team is to manage the social media and community. Franchise engagement and engaging team. The large audience that the team interacts with. Cross country and hemisphere team. Supports every major campaign. This resource will be the operations project manager who will support a large team. The role will consist of 50% - Meetings, 25% - Day-to-day upkeep on PM and tools, and 25% - Process and change management, development and rollout.


Candidate Requirements

  1. Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall experience in the field.
  2. Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Nice to have PPM or scrum master certification.
  3. Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain Producer or Project manager background.


Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 2 years experience with project management or production tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira)
  2. Minimum 2 years experience with project management or production workflow, ideally with experience in game production, marketing/agency production, or video/graphic design production
  3. Minimum 2 years experience with agile workflow environments


Key Responsibilities

  1. Process & Tools – Focus: Day-to-day rhythm of business
  2. Supports the development of operational processes with a focus on day-to-day rhythm of business
  3. Assists in the implementation of processes and tools
  4. Advises on improvement in quality and efficiency of current processes and tools
  5. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners on rhythm of business process management, such as intake forms and requests
  6. Production & Coordination – Focus: Roadmap coordination across team disciplines
  7. Assists in day-to-day roadmap management, tracking prioritized schedules and release plans
  8. Attends project-based meetings to coordinate information flow and visibility
  9. Assists others to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the team’s roadmap
  10. Bridges social media and community activities into a combined pipeline and workflow
  11. Facilitates information sharing along team schedule, roadmap, priorities, and appropriate data within our organization
  12. Acts as coordinator with other production resources internally and externally


Soft Skills

  1. Works with minimal guidance to ensure alignment across pillar functions
  2. Collaborates actively with team members, internal partners, and external partners
  3. Proactively creates connections and surfaces operational opportunities for process improvement
  4. Independently works through solutions and sources answers to challenges


Nice to Haves

  1. Experience in social media and community environments
  2. Game industry experience
  3. AI experience with a focus on efficiency & organization

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44/hr - $49/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
