Social Media Manager

Duties:
- Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms, including writing and editing posts, creating graphics, and scheduling posts
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform social media strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in video editing, photography, proofreading, and research
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools
- Familiarity with branding techniques and strategies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and innovation
