2. Own Genstore’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn.
3. Manage the content calendar, post consistently, and ensure the brand voice is modern, relatable, and creator-friendly.
4. Stay ahead of trends and adapt them creatively using AI-generated content.

1. Influencer & Creator Collaboration
2. Identify and collaborate with creators in e-commerce, AI, and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
3. Help coordinate gifting, seeding, and content sharing.

1. Performance & Optimization
2. Track analytics: views, retention, shares, CTR, installs.
3. Identify high-performing content styles and double down.
4. Adjust editing, AI workflows, hooks, and posting strategy based on data.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3–5 years in social media, content creation, or influencer/social marketing at a startup or creative company.
2. Strong ability to create short-form videos using AI + mobile-first tools.
3. Must have direct experience with AI video generation tools and AI voice tools.
4. A natural understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and YouTube Shorts formats and algorithms.
5. Creative instincts for hooks, storytelling, pace, and emotion.
6. Ability to learn new AI tools quickly and push their limits.
7. Experience working with creators or influencers.
8. Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with tight loops.
