Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager — Luxury Interior Design Firm

We’re a high-end interior design firm specializing in luxury residential projects. Our work combines creativity, elegance, and innovation — and we’re looking for a talented, self-motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand and digital footprint.

This role blends social media strategy, podcast support, and hands-on collaboration within our design firm. If you’re passionate about interiors, storytelling, and digital engagement — this is your opportunity to shine.

Responsibilities

• Post daily content (photo, video, and copy) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, linking and collaborating with industry partners.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and visibility.
• Assist with our weekly podcast — including guest booking, production support, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the interior design team on creative projects, photoshoots, and social campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and report on performance to optimize results and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing and managing social media accounts (business or personal brand).
• Strong skills in video editing, copywriting, and digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of social media trends, platforms, and advertising tools.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury design, lifestyle branding, and creativity.
• Driven, proactive, and results-oriented — must love to hustle and see measurable growth.

• Reliable transportation to our Delray Beach studio
• Fluent English communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
