Job Title: Social Media Intelligence Analyst
Position Summary:
We currently have an opening for a Social Media Intelligence Analyst (Social Media Investigator). In this role, you will assist us in helping to either verify or disprove the claims that the other side is making in their lawsuit/insurance claim. In other words, you will be using social media to search for the truth, whatever it may be. Also, this position can help you qualify to become a licensed Private Investigator (if you are not one already) and if that is something that you’re interested in pursuing. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced social media user who is tech savvy, with relevant experience in the legal field. Strong preference will be given to anyone who has experience with social media investigations, open source searching and/or experience with the legal discovery process.

About the Job
This is a 40 hour a week position. While our preference is for employees to be on site at our Riverside location, remote work can be considered for qualified candidates. There is flexibility with the hours based on your schedule, but you would generally need to be available to work 8 hours per day, between the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm. There is generally OT available; however, it is not mandatory unless the case load and/or the urgency of the files you are working on calls for it.
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
