Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Powderkeg is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for all aspects of digital marketing, particularly lead generation. The ideal candidate will have experience creating, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google PPC, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation.
2. Manage the marketing and inside sales funnel—from initial lead generation to discovery meetings with potential clients.
3. Create and optimize Google PPC, Meta, LinkedIn, and X ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
4. Plan, schedule, and execute organic social media content to enhance engagement and brand presence.
5. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by staying organized, being responsive, and ensuring clients feel heard.

Preferred Skills & Additional Assets:

1. A strong eye for graphic design, web development, or other digital marketing disciplines is a plus.
2. Experience with social media content creation and scheduling to maintain a consistent brand presence.
3. Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
