Located in Saugerties, NY, MLE is a family-owned business with a heritage of tailoring, seamstresses, and fine jewelry. Each piece is designed and handcrafted in Saugerties, New York. MLE recently opened a store in Saugerties, NY down the street from the studio where our pieces are created.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager at MLE. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing on Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest, lead generation, email marketing, affiliate marketing, web analytics, and performance reporting. The role is located in Saugerties, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.

The role will be responsible for aggressively growing the MLE Instagram and Tiktok accounts (@madebymle). Must have previous proven experience growing Instagram & Tiktok accounts for a fashion or beauty brand and crafting a social growth strategy.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE previous proven experience growing Instagram & Tiktok accounts for a fashion or beauty brand
• Ability to regularly concept, create, edit & post elevated on-brand content for Instagram & Tiktok
• Elevated & on-brand content creation & editing for social channels
• Experience managing ad campaigns in Meta & Tiktok
• Experience in web analytics & performance reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with email marketing
• Graphic design skills & Klaviyo are a plus
• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO SAUGERTIES, NY on an ongoing basis to create content in the MLE studio & store

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $2,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
