POSITION TITLE: Social Media Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Social Media Coordinator administers the global social media strategy and moderates all related commentary and campaigns within GUESS?, Inc. social media channels and profiles ensuring the online community is safe, fun and represents the culture.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for managing the @guess social calendars, including posting cadence / layout, copywriting, and posting across all GUESS social channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter.
• Assist with GUESS TikTok content creation and brainstorming new ideas.
• Work closely with internal teams to support their respective roles, ensuring consistency in voice, and cultivating a strong community around the brand.
• Communication between all global teams to ensure all important dates and requests are included in Social Calendars
• Assist with International calendar approvals + Meta admin requests
• Assist with Marciano + GUESS Kids calendar approvals
• Cross-functional collaboration with key partners in PR, Marketing and e-Commerce to produce, collect materials, strategize, research topics and ideas, and build content for social media content.
• Assist with copywriting, content creation, and edit marketing materials, including posts and videos.
• Gather data and develop reports on social content and campaign performance.
• Competitive research to track GUESS?, Inc. brands against the landscape and to identify key trends and concepts for potential execution.
• Assist with production of social content shoots, including pre-production planning.
• Assist in content creation for events, activations, and ecom photoshoots
• Collect UGC for GUESS using Dash Hudson and Tribe Dynamics
• Assist in administration needs such as invoices, contracts, internal approvals, etc.
• Support influencer research in partnership with the PR Team
• Support competitive research for applicable trends and ideas within fashion, retail, tech and social/digital marketing industries

Salary Minimum

$60,000.00

Salary Maximum

$70,000.00

Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
