Team Overview

Our Communications Team shapes ADF’s voice and impact, crafting powerful stories, engaging audiences, and amplifying our mission across platforms. We thrive on creativity, strategy, and collaboration to inform, inspire, and influence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content & Engagement: Create and publish engaging posts across ADF social platforms, driving follower growth and interactions. Monitor trends and participate in real-time conversations to position ADF as a thought leader.
2. Community Management: Foster and engage ADF’s online community, responding promptly and professionally. Build relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to expand ADF’s reach.
3. Strategic Messaging & Brand Positioning: Develop compelling, on-brand content that simplifies complex issues and motivates action. Execute creative campaigns aligned with ADF’s mission and cultural relevance.
4. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Navigate a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused mindset. Work cross-functionally and independently to address challenges and maintain ADF’s brand voice.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or internet-related field.
2. 3+ years experience in marketing and/or copywriting for web.
3. Strong creative and persuasive writing skills.
4. Strong short-form communicator, skilled at distilling complex ideas into concise messages.
