If you love writing, storytelling, creative culture, and transforming long-form ideas into high-impact content—this role is for you.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with Way Walker, to take his long-form content (YouTube videos, newsletters, essays) and turn it into powerful, platform-specific creations that grow the WoC movement.

You will manually post because we’ve learned manual posting performs far better.

You’ll also use SOPs we’ve already built—your job is to execute with excellence.

What You’ll Do

1. Repurpose newsletters into Twitter threads, short posts, and carousel content
2. Publish long-form YouTube videos + YouTube Shorts
3. Publish TikToks and Reels by chopping up the long-form content
4. Turn Way's big ideas into polished Instagram carousels
5. Publish podcast episodes
6. Post on LinkedIn
7. Publish blog articles
8. Upload weekly newsletters
9. Engage with comments across platforms
10. Follow detailed SOPs + brand voice guidelines

Who You Are

1. Exceptional copywriter with strong hooks, structure, and clarity
2. Detail-obsessed—zero typos, zero formatting issues
3. Deeply aligned with creativity, art, and self-expression
4. Organized and system-oriented
5. Fast learner, self-managed, and reliable
6. Comfortable with light video editing
7. Passionate about turning ideas into content that moves people

Bonus Skills (not required but welcomed)

1. Experience with short-form editing
2. Familiarity with AI tools
3. Big fan of creators, psychology, storytelling, or self-improvement

Compensation

$20–$25/hr depending on experience

(10–15 hours per week)
