We are a rapidly growing skincare brand, that is hiring a Content and Social Media Coordinator. Overview:

You will be responsible for helping to create imagery, video, and copy for our social channels, creating a competitive social strategy, and helping craft a content launch strategy for new launches, campaigns, and markets.

Day to day responsibilities include:

 

• Work with the content team to support the brand’s social media, with an emphasis on increasing engagement, reach, and presence on social networks, events, and partner collaborations
• Create captivating and engaging imagery and social video content
• Determine the best opportunities for us to reach new audiences, whether via existing or new social platforms
• Write creative briefs for our internal teams and brand partners
• Track and report weekly on content performance based on audience growth and engagement
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Stay up-to-date and report on social media and digital technology trends
• Work cross-functionally on brand projects with PR, E-commerce, and Marketing teams as needed
• Compile content assets for Retail and E-commerce teams
• Assist in shoot pre-production, and support on set
• Work your way to managing content interns
  
   

Requirements:

 

• Must have previous experience creating content for a brand (beauty experience is a plus, but not a necessity)
• Experience working with social media platforms and online social media campaigns
• Proficient with Photoshop and Final Cut
• Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Wordpress, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat savvy
• Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies
• Be able to provide writing and social copy samples
• Based in New York
  
   

Salary: 55,000-68,000
