This position will be the lead Tik Tok LIVE creator for COLDEST.com. Learn more - @thecoldestwater to get an idea of the content.

Main Task

1. Creator will be on LIVE Tiktok's selling COLDEST bottles. (approximately 200-2000+ live viewers each session). Lives will go on for 40minutes to 2 hours.
2. Ability to promote new drops with high energy, and excitement.
3. Ability to respond to comments, and build community.

Requirements:

1. High Energy and a plus if you are passionate about COLDEST water bottles.
2. Loves selling, and has the ability to sell on Tik Tok Live Daily.
3. Fun personality, vibrant, passionate, and an effective communicator.
4. Understands how to story tell, and create long form content.
5. Deep understanding of social media, SEO, hashtags, or ability to learn.
6. Ideal candidate has experience in creating viral content on Tik Tok
7. Ideal candidate is a model.
8. Enjoys being in front of a camera, in a social media studio creating content.
9. Understands how to edit, and/or ability to learn how to use phone editing software (capcut)

Secondary Tasks

1. Create content that builds stories around the brand.
2. Create content talking about products.
3. Learn / Understand how to create compelling short-form content that can go viral on tik tok (building a hook, introducing the problem, solution, and call to action).
4. Be able to respond to comments with videos.
5. Respond to community comment questions in tik tok with video responses.
6. Discuss new launches of products on camera.
7. Ability to create, edit, post (all on a phone), multiple pieces of content a day.
8. Develop a content strategy, and a content calendar for new posts.
9. Work closely & take direction from the head of marketing on strategy and direction with weekly updates.
10. Ability to test new strategies and pivot when necessary on types of content when they don’t work.
11. Self-motivated and self-driven, able to create their own tasks, think creatively, and strategically, and think of new content on their own.
12. Create, research, and test viral (copyright free) sounds.
13. Discover trending sounds and apply to the brand.
14. Create meme-style videos.
15. Model for the brand, take lifestyle photoshoots with new products.
