Job Description:

We are a premium eBike company selling through dealer networks and direct channels. Our brands include licensed products with Mercedes and Ford, and we are focused on growing awareness, test rides, and local dealer engagement across California.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Social Media & Content Coordinator to support local marketing efforts.

This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who is creative, organised, and comfortable working across content, social media, and events.

You will be responsible for capturing content, posting consistently, and supporting local marketing initiatives that drive awareness and sales.

ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media

  1. Capture photo and video content at events, test rides, and dealer locations
  2. Edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  3. Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  4. Write captions and basic post copy
  5. Maintain a consistent posting schedule

Community & Channel Management

  1. Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries
  2. Respond or route leads to the appropriate team
  3. Track basic engagement and content performance

Local Marketing & Events

  1. Support local events, test rides, and activations
  2. Assist with setup, content capture, and coordination
  3. Work with the team to promote upcoming events and dealer activity

Funnel & Website Support (Basic)

  1. Make simple updates to landing pages and funnels (e.g. text, images, links)
  2. Assist with connecting forms and ensuring leads flow correctly
  3. Support testing and small edits — not responsible for building or designing funnels

Ideal Candidate

  1. 1–3 years experience in social media, content, or marketing (or strong portfolio)
  2. Comfortable shooting and editing content independently
  3. Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
  4. Basic experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe
  5. Organised and reliable — able to execute consistently
  6. Based in Central California and able to attend events

Bonus:

  1. Interest in bikes, automotive, or lifestyle brands
  2. Experience supporting events or local activations
  3. Basic familiarity with website or funnel tools (Shopify, landing pages, etc.)

Pay: $25.28 - $30.44 per hour
