Wed Society Louisville seeks a dynamic, full-time, fully remote Community Manager skilled in digital and social media, with a talent for enhancing our wedding vendor community’s experience. This multi-faceted role demands strong communication, strategic planning, creativity in content creation, and a passion for fostering community ties. Responsibilities span member management, social media and website oversight, print coordination and event organization.

Responsibilities

Member Management: Handle onboarding, maintain engagement through regular check-ins, manage queries, upsell services, and oversee wedding submissions and promotions.

Social Media Management: Craft and schedule engaging content across platforms like instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linked-in, Pinterest, and YouTube. Monitor engagement metrics, organize contests, and facilitate community interaction.

Website Management: Develop member profiles, update blogs, manage the Idea File, publish events and send weekly eNewsletters.

Event Planning: Organize signature events including the Annual Book of Weddings release and the Wed Society Connect event.

Qualifications:

Experience in community management or related roles.

Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.

Independent self starter, highly motivated, and detail orientated, with ability to work remotely and collaboratively.

Strong relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, along with other social media platforms, Canva, and social content creation.

Understanding of digital marketing, date, and analytics.

Familiarity with Hubspot, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
