We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to ensure that our online presence aligns with our business goals.

Duties

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
2. Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
3. Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize posts for search engines.
4. Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.
5. Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
6. Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
7. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
8. Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
9. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the industry for public relations purposes.
10. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Experience

1. Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.
2. Strong proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications for scheduling and managing posts.
3. Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including branding, relationship management, and content creation.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
