We are seeking a Digital & Social Media Analyst to join our team supporting the HHS ASAPA contract.

Functional Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise on social media analytics (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms), user experience and behavior, data analysis and reporting.
• Build of Social Media analytics reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc).
• Development and maintenance of client-facing social media dashboards.
• Develop analyses and reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and opportunities within social media channels.
• Evaluate digital campaigns against KPIs and provide analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Track social media campaign performance and metrics and provide reports to clients.
• Provide analysis of social media landscape, conversation volume, engagement rates, message velocity, and audience demographics.
• Monitor social media analytics results to coordinate with client goals and benchmarks.
• Utilize social media analytics tools (Sprinklr and Social Media platform analytics).
• Analyze the social conversation of audience segments to uncover patterns in follower language, interests, or behavior and communicate with ASPA users.
• Develop social listening dashboards and produce reports/predictive analysis on the social listening topics.
• Build Queries, Topics, Themes, Conversation Insights, etc. using Sprinklr.
• Produce data analytics insights and recommendations and communicate with ASPA audience.
Minimum Experience:
6+ years of relevant full-time experience with Sprinklr; preferably in reporting for owned social media channels, social listening, competitor analysis and digital analytics
• Strong SQL skills.
• 2+ years of experience with Sprinklr Dashboarding.
• 4+ years of BI experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• Broad expertise in digital analytics, including knowledge of current trends, best practices, and market-leading software.
• Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) software and processing.
• Familiarity with big data analysis, business intelligence (BI) software, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Experience in producing insights & recommendations analyzing digital data.
• Setting appropriate KPIs and optimization metrics, understanding how best to approach setting benchmarks and goals according to client needs.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Experience using digital tools to derive actionable insights, including Sprinklr, Google Analytics and native platform reports.
• Experience generating reports and building dashboards
• Developing and applying strategic measurement frameworks to form the basis of ongoing performance assessment and optimization across paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
Education Requirements:
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information technology, mathematics or business but will consider equivalent degrees and experience
• Experience can be a substitute for educational requirements
