Job Description:

About Us

At Rox, we believe in empowering people to do their best work.

Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x’d engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.

We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world’s first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.

Underlying all of this success is a unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.

The Team

Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.

Members on our team have:

  1. Founded and exited successful companies
  2. Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic
  3. Won IMO and IOI gold medals
  4. Published field-defining papers

We’re backed by the best, having raised $50M from Sequoia (Alfred Lin), General Catalyst (Hemant Taneja), Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.

Core Principles

Taste: Craft beautiful experiences.

No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.

Obsession: Commit unreasonably.

In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers’ requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.

Action: Get it done.

Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.

Your Role

As a member of Marketing at Rox, you’ll create content that shapes how the market understands us - from customer wins and product launches to team moments and the broader Rox ecosystem. You’ll work directly with engineering, sales, founders, partners, and customers to turn what’s happening inside the company into content people actually want to read, watch, and share.

This is an extremely high-ownership role. You won’t just run our social channels - you’ll help build the machine that drives awareness, excitement, and trust at scale. If you have sharp taste, move fast, and love turning ambitious ideas into reality, we’d love to talk.

Responsibilities

  1. Operate Rox’s content strategy across channels, including LinkedIn, X, blog, special campaigns, and announcement storytelling.
  2. Create and ship high-volume, high-quality social content that drives awareness and makes Rox impossible to ignore - with strong POV, speed, and polish.
  3. Help tell stories via content across the full Rox ecosystem, including customer stories, product stories, partner stories, and behind-the-scenes team stories.
  4. Turn key 2026 moments into social media campaigns, including 50+ events, new customer logos, major launches, and new product features.
  5. Uplift every Rox team member as a creator, helping engineers, sales leaders, and execs become confident storytellers and viral thought leaders.
  6. Build scalable content systems, including editing calendars, repeatable formats, production workflows, and standards for taste and quality.
  7. Partner with customers and partners to produce joint narratives, case studies, videos, and social-first wins that drive credibility.
  8. Stay on top of what’s happening in tech + AI culture, especially on X, and leverage relevant news + viral moments to insert Rox into the conversation with speed, taste, and credibility.
  9. Guide video editing and design contractors to produce high quality assets for social media.
  10. Experiment with bold creative concepts then double down on what works.

Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of experience in content, social, or marketing
  2. Strong editorial instincts and impeccable taste - you know what good looks like and you can execute it
  3. Extremely strong copywriting skills - you can write crisp, high-converting content across formats
  4. Extremely strong video production skills - you can shoot videos, oversee editing, and deliver polished content that feels native to modern platforms
  5. Proven ability to ship content quickly and consistently while maintaining high quality
  6. Strong writing, video production, and storytelling ability across formats (short-form social + longer-form narratives)
  7. Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, engineering, founders, customers, and partners
  8. High ownership mindset - you take initiative, solve problems, and drive things to completion
  9. Interest in AI, go-to-market + ability to translate technical ideas into compelling storytelling
  10. Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
