Job Description:

We're representing a well-funded rapidly growing SaaS company modernizing hotel operations and guest experience through cloud-based, AI-powered technology. With a strong foothold in the market and an aggressive organic growth mandate, they're scaling their commercial team to capture significant untapped territory across the U.S.


About the Role


This is a high-velocity, high-reward closing role for an SMB AE who thrives on volume, owns their process end-to-end, and wants real upside with a clear path to promotion.


Responsibilities


  1. Owning a full sales cycle: From outreach to close, you run the deal
  2. Running high-volume demos: 8-12 per week; you present, you demo, you close
  3. Generating pipeline: Supplementing BDR-driven leads
  4. Selling into independent and regional hospitality operators across a wide-open U.S. territory


Qualifications


  1. 1.5-2+ years of net new SaaS closing experience -- majority must be new logo, not upsell/expansion



Required Skills


  1. Demo-ready: You can run a product demo independently, start to finish
  2. Velocity-oriented: Comfortable with short cycles, high weekly activity, and consistent monthly closes
  3. Pipeline builder: You know how to self-source and don't rely solely on inbound
  4. 100%+ quota attainment on record


Preferred Skills


  1. Hospitality or property tech background is a strong differentiator -- not required, but valued
  2. Earning potential: Uncapped commission with a strong base and realistic OTE well above market for the segment
  3. Pipeline support: 70% of leads generated by a dedicated BDR team and inbound marketing -- you're walking into real pipeline
  4. Equity: Every AE receives equity on day one
  5. Mobility: Proven promote-from-within culture -- multiple team members have moved from SMB to Mid-Market to Enterprise
  6. Product: Multi-product SaaS platform with strong retention, meaningful expansion opportunity, and AI-driven automation built in
  7. Stability: Well-funded company with consistent quota attainment history across the team
