Required Qualifications:

1. Extensive hands-on experience with the Smalltalk programming language.
2. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD).
3. Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation for non-technical audiences.
4. Experience supporting legacy applications within a highly integrated systems environment.
5. Proficient in Oracle databases.
6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
9. Experience participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Additional Desired Skills:

1. C++ programming experience is a plus.
2. Strong understanding of Agile methodology and project delivery processes.
3. Experience with low-code platforms or modernization projects is preferred.
