About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance an enterprise ServiceNow platform across ITSM and ITOM modules.

This role combines technical analysis and hands‑on development. You will own solutions end‑to‑end — from understanding requirements to designing, developing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow capabilities in a complex enterprise environment.

This is a senior, hands‑on role (L3 level).

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow functionalities (workflows, forms, scripts, portals)
2. Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
3. Develop and maintain integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
4. Contribute to automation initiatives across support, deployment, and monitoring
5. Support platform upgrades, releases, and new feature implementations
6. Work on ITSM and ITOM processes in an enterprise environment
7. Maintain technical documentation (design specs, runbooks, integrations)
8. Collaborate with cross‑functional IT and business teams across time zones
9. Act as L3 escalation for complex ServiceNow technical issues

Required Skills & Experience

1. 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience
2. Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM (mandatory)
3. Solid JavaScript development skills on the ServiceNow platform
4. Experience with system integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
5. Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM is a strong plus
6. Experience supporting upgrades, releases, and enterprise platforms
7. Good understanding of ITIL processes
8. Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed environment
9. Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

1. Experience with MID Servers, Integration Hub
2. Exposure to DevOps / infrastructure tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
3. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑ITOM)
4. Experience in regulated or enterprise industries (life sciences, healthcare, finance)
