Looking for Web Developer Support Specialist and SEO Specialist:

Candidates will:
Provide direct support to the marketing manager.
Coordinate with design and technical staff on website development needs; gather and evaluate requirements, propose solutions and develop functional and technical specifications for Internet and Web-based projects. Develop new, and modify existing Web based applications; document and test code thoroughly.
Experience with MIVA Merchant Website
All code-based changes to all sites to be approved by Director of Marketing prior to beginning projects
Working with Director of Marketing, recommend standards compliant design changes. Convert graphical representations of web pages into working web.
Obtain approvals from Director of Marketing on all code-based changes to all internet and web based applications and sites prior to beginning each project.
Utilize HTML/CSS knowledge and experience to align with brand guidelines while ensuring proper web standards such as cross browser compatibility.
Create, edit, proof read and update Web pages
Knowledge of SEO and AD words
Confirm published content is best practice compliant, including SEO, naming conventions, brand guidelines, tagging, and testing for quality assurance.
Website Blog and Product Addition
Find trending topics and create headlines based on keyword research.
Refresh and optimize content with SEO best practices.
Create meta title, meta description & ALT description.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
