We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist. This person will have the ability to work across multiple client types including early-stage growth. You will serve as an SEO expert for a variety of accounts across a wide array of industries. As a key team member, your role will be to help lead the agency's accounts to SEO.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE

• Good working knowledge of WordPress and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, KWFinder, and Screaming Frog
• 7+ years of relevant digital agency experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Outstanding internal and external communication skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to different types of inquiries

Responsibilities

• You will serve as an SEO expert for a variety of accounts across a wide array of industries
• As a key team member, your role will be to work side by side with the SEO Manager to help lead the agency's accounts to SEO success measured by improving clients' KPIs
• Developing strategy (onsite, offsite, content, & technical)
• Responsible for SEO audits of all types (technical, content, keyword, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of technical SEO, including site speed optimization, hosting ramifications, HTML optimization, image optimization, minification, etc
• In-depth understanding of onsite SEO, including internal linking, page structure, URL structure, etc
• In-depth understanding of offsite SEO, including external linking, etc
• Provides analysis on monthly and quarterly reporting for SEO clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
