Overview:
Esri is looking for an SEO Specialist who has an in-depth understanding of SEO best practices and techniques. In this role, you will work directly with our Senior SEO Strategist and Digital Experience team to help increase traffic to our websites, build brand awareness, and acquire new customers through holistic SEO strategies.
Responsibilities:
Work with the digital experience, content, development, and design teams to ensure successful on-page optimizations on websites
Perform keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
Analyze and provide insights into site analytics reports and recommend action items
Conduct technical SEO audits
Conduct competitive research and analysis
Maximize local search exposure
Provide international SEO recommendations for esri.com and distributor websites
Help manage website migrations through reviewing analytics, redirects, benchmarking traffic, and identifying potential issues
Stay up to date on latest SEO trends including structured data, rich snippets, and core web vitals
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in SEO and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, digital media, or related field; or 1 year experience in SEO and a master’s degree
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, such as SEO friendly site architecture, meta tags, robots.txt, and redirection, with ability to demonstrate this knowledge through definition and application
Strong analytical skills with ability to proactively assess SEO performance and identify issues and opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Recommended Qualifications:
Experience working with any of the following website analytics and SEO tools, such as: Adobe Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Semrush, Supermetrics, Moz, or Screaming Frog
Experience working with Microsoft Excel

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $66,560 - $88,920
