The company is hiring an SEO Manager for a fully remote position. This is a hands-on role where you will manage important client accounts, create organic search plans, and ensure campaigns are completed successfully for local, national, and multi-location businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts with a starting goal of at least $75,000 in monthly recurring revenue.
• Be the main contact for assigned clients.
• Lead weekly meetings through phone and Zoom.
• Explain SEO performance and future plans in simple business language.
• Build long-term relationships by providing helpful guidance and support.

SEO Planning and Execution

• Create custom SEO plans based on each client's goals.
• Handle technical SEO improvements and on-page optimization.
• Develop effective link acquisition strategies.
• Plan website content, keyword targeting, and publishing schedules.
• Use insights from platforms like Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to support organic growth.

Project Management

• Manage several SEO campaigns at the same time.
• Keep projects organized and complete work before deadlines.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports using reporting dashboards.
• Work closely with different teams to complete campaign tasks.
• Support and guide junior team members when needed.

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
• Experience using WordPress and blogging platforms.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Experience managing SEO campaigns for businesses with multiple locations or franchise websites.
