Mia Aesthetics is a national brand in the plastic surgery industry! As we move into 2023 with exciting projects and initiatives, we are in need of a SEO Leader. This role is a full-time/remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates, leads, and orchestrates best-in-class strategic direction for ongoing SEO requirements
• Owns, communicates, manages, and activates the end-to-end SEO roadmap and implementation initiatives across multiple business units
• Drives SEO standards and work collaboratively to implement SEO best practices across both content and development
• Owns organic keyword research and reporting performance metrics for organic search
• Audits and analyzes SEO performance, identifies issues, finds root causes and experiments with solutions to improve and scale performance
• Guides SEO strategy in large-scale company website redesign
• Crafts SEO-focused titles, meta descriptions, and URLs and working with the content team to produce fully optimized content
• Manages content writing strategy for optimization and train content writers in SEO best practices
• Identifies new opportunities for improving organic traffic growth
• Partners with the digital team and web developers to improve website performance through internal linking, blog content and landing pages
• Contributes to company-wide best web development practices as it relates to SEO
• Performs regular technical SEO audits
• Provides structured data markup direction

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets
• Self-motivated and an action-oriented

  Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion for direct-to-consumer or content marketing sites
• Strong technical SEO experience, including knowledge in scalable internal linking optimization, scalable content solutions, crawl budget, index pages, structure data, and schema markup
• A demonstrated track record of increasing rankings, traffic, and revenue while managing and executing global enterprise SEO strategies and tactics
• Must have a clear understanding of current best practices for on page, off page SEO and content marketing
• Experience in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Trends, BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMrush, or similar
• Experience in marketing CRM systems including Salesforce is a plus
• Proven ability to hire and build high performing teams
