Job Title: SEO Manager (Enterprise / Technical SEO)

Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively pursuing an opportunity to provide a full-time SEO Manager for a client in Florida.

Role Overview

The SEO Manager owns the organic search strategy for high-visibility, content-rich websites. This role balances technical SEO, content optimization, structured data, and analytics to maximize discoverability across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead SEO strategy across large, multi-site platforms.
2. Define and enforce SEO requirements during design and development.
3. Own:
4. Technical SEO architecture
5. Indexation strategy
6. Structured data/schema implementation
7. International SEO (hreflang)
8. Collaborate with developers on:
9. Page speed optimization
10. Core Web Vitals
11. Crawlability
12. Oversee content migration SEO planning and redirect strategies.
13. Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
14. Provide ongoing SEO guidance to editors and content teams.
15. Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

1. 5+ years of SEO experience with enterprise or high-traffic websites.
2. Strong technical SEO background.
3. Experience working with CMS platforms.
4. Proven success improving organic visibility at scale.
5. Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. SEO experience with government websites.
2. Experience with AI-driven search optimization.
3. Familiarity with structured data at scale.
