EO Director

An award-winning digital marketing agency located in beautiful downtown Miami, Florida is seeking an SEO Director to join their team. The agency has been featured as an INC. 5000 Fastest-Growing company and has helped more than 400 clients generate over $40m yearly. The past two years the agency has grown by over 27%. The agency is a local marketing powerhouse with clients in the following industries: attorneys, roofers, contractors, plumbers, dentists etc. Their core values are: seek solutions, get results that matter, own it, grow or die, win together.

This is primarily an in-office role. Relocation assistance can be provided.

The SEO director should be highly knowledgeable in all areas of SEO but will need to bring a skillset hyper focused in local SEO strategy and local link building. Innovative ideas and experience with law, home services, dentists, realtors, and plastic surgeons is ideal. Attention to detail as well as the ability to be sociable and connect with both clients and the team is important. The SEO Director will be overseeing the SEO department and a team of 10+.

Key Qualifications:

●  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field

●  5+ years in SEO with a proven track record of designing and delivering local SEO plans

●  Leadership/management experience

●  People Skills

●  Interpersonal Skills

●  Experience in Local SEO, Content Marketing, Link Building

●  Analytical Skills

●  Strong communication skills

  • Infuse social media thinking and strategy into all media programs
  • Create annual media budget for multiple markets and media platforms
  • Manage marketing media and public relations team and direct outside media buying agency
  • Build online media plan recommendations
  • Oversee media strategy and placement
  • Gather and analyze media research and media channels to help in preparation of media plan/recommendation
  • Measuring the impact of social media campaigns
  • Developing successfully digital media campaigns for multiple brands
  • Plan across traditional and digital media vehicles
  • Maintain strong relationships with media agency
  • Develop media briefs for agency partners
  • Manage a significant media budget
  • Stay abreast of new media trends and the overall media environment
  • Provide insight on media plans
  • Thought leader in all media
  • Execute social media strategies to drive brand advocacy
  • Develop and implement social media initiatives and manage a large, multipleasset social media presence
  • Execute digital media campaigns for new and existing clients
  • Supervise the execution of media plans, including preparation of media budgets
  • Develop media plans (including media selection, negotiating and flighting)
