Craft & Communicate, LLC is hiring for a SEO and Digital Ads Team Lead.

Here’s what this position entails:

• Manage all digital advertising, remarketing, and geofencing within Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms for 125 senior living communities
• Manage all aspects of Google analytics
• Manage all connections and integrations within Wordpress, MailChimp, various CRMs, and tracking codes through Google Tag Manager
• Analyze data and make improvements based on findings
• Implement quarterly SEO audits and work with our dev team on making site improvements
• Must stay up-to-date on all SEO and digital best practices
• Manage all weekly and monthly reporting
• Must have clear, direct communication
• Work with digital advertising team to ensure all ads, remarketing, and geofencing within Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms for 125 senior living communities are tracking and set up properly
• Assist with content team on writing blogs, Q&A and SEO-focused content to increase search
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in managing and improving SEO
• Must be an organized self-starter and enjoy working independently
• Must live and be a resident of the United States - no exceptions and no international digital nomads

What else?

Your first 90 days will be contract, then this will become a full-time position. All full-time employees receive heath insurance, 2 weeks of PTO, and 7 paid holidays.
