Senior Web Developer (Marketing, GTM)

Location: Norcross, GA 30092 or Cincinnati, OH 45209 | Hybrid Remote: 2-3 days in the office per week

Travel: Quarterly company events in Cincinnati

Responsibilities:

1. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll work on building digital go-to-market experiences
2. Executing on strategies and tactics across web channels through storytelling and design
3. Helping to create comprehensive SEO & SEM strategy – focusing on filling the top of the funnel and optimizing conversions
4. Leading the web development team focused on delivering prospects and sales opportunities
5. Building and maintaining web pages, user interfaces, and interactive digital experiences
6. Guiding the team with an experiment-first mindset, pushing the team to test and learn, measuring and reporting results
7. Implementing PPC strategies like keyword research and A/B testing
8. Managing relationships with web development vendors and managing projects
9. Leveraging various APIs to pull in dynamic web content, building reusable libraries and code

Requirements:

1. 6+ years of front end web development experience
2. Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, responsive design
3. 3+ years of experience building websites with HubSpot and WordPress
4. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, and/or GCP is preferred
5. Experience with PHP, Python, MySQL, Git, and/or HUBL
6. Web analytics experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar
7. Experience with A/B testing and content targeting
8. Strong eye for UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
