Job Type: Contract W2 or 1099

Job Mode: On-site

Location: Macon, GA

Duration: 12+ Months (Long Term Possible)

Minimum Required Experience: 15+ years

Pay Rate: $60 on Contract W2 or 1099

Job Description:

1. Develop, create, and modify business applications software or specialized utility programs.
2. Incorporate human centered and user-centered design methodologies to analyze user needs and deliver user-center software solutions.
3. Design software or customize software based on client requirements, with an emphasis on optimizing efficiency and reliability
4. May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
5. Interface with technical team members, adjacent program offices, adjacent contractors, and external stakeholders
6. Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS231, T3, Band 6

Minimum Requirements:

1. Ability to obtain US Security Clearance Required
2. University degree (BS) in a closely related field (Information Technology, Business Administration)
3. 15+ years demonstrated experience as a full stack software or application developer
4. Required Certifications: Advanced certification in programming languages like Java, C#, PHP, Angular, and React

Preferred Key Skills and Abilities:

1. Experience with EPA Program offices, development methodologies, and product lifecycles
