About the Opportunity:
The Senior Technical Recruiter will work closely with engineering leaders to support and drive the hiring process for various technical roles. This position ensures a seamless candidate experience and provides strategic insights to shape hiring strategies. The role is critical in aligning recruitment efforts with organizational needs, enabling the team to scale effectively while maintaining quality.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with executives and engineering leadership to evaluate current and future hiring needs within core engineering functions
• Manage the candidate experience from sourcing handoff to offer stage
• Deliver market intelligence, funnel metrics, and competitive insights to inform hiring strategies
• Collaborate with sourcing and coordination teams to optimize recruitment processes and maintain a consistent candidate experience
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, using data and creativity to implement hiring plans
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience in fast-growing technology environments
• Demonstrated success recruiting for hyperscale startups
• Strong relationship-building skills with leadership and hiring teams
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings with shifting priorities
• Expertise in designing interview processes and hiring strategies from inception
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing priorities
• Resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving within limited resource environments
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• US base salary range: $165,000 - $210,000 plus equity and benefits
• Compensation is determined by location, experience, skills, and job-related knowledge
