Demonstrated Experience

1. Contributing to winning proposals for foundations, bilateral, or multilateral donors
2. Developing technical sections, concept notes, and full proposal responses

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and write technical proposal sections, concept notes, and donor-facing narratives for digital and AI programs
2. Review, edit, and refine technical content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance
3. Translate complex technical inputs into compelling, high-quality proposals
4. Support capture and business development efforts, including opportunity analysis and positioning
5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to structure technical solutions and approaches
6. Ensure alignment with donor priorities, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements
7. Develop pitch decks, presentations, and strategic communication materials
8. Contribute to thought leadership (briefs, white papers, technical insights)
9. Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and knowledge repositories
10. Strengthen technical narratives, win themes, and resource mobilization efforts
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, program, and strategy)
12. Provide guidance on proposal quality, structure, and messaging strategies
