We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced software engineers who can help train their latest language model on software development tasks.

We're looking for Senior and Staff engineers with 5+ years at top technology companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core software engineering workflows: system design, code review, algorithm implementation, architecture documentation, debugging, and technical writing.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: April

Qualifications:

1. Senior or Staff Software Engineer with 5+ years at a top technology company
2. Strong expertise in system design, algorithms, and software architecture
3. Excellent written communication and attention to detail
