As a senior software developer - typescript on the Mobile Native Apps and Portal team, you’ll focus on building and enhancing customer‑facing user interfaces that enable policyholders and lienholders to securely access their online accounts. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript, working closely with backend developers, UX designers, and business partners in an Agile environment. You’ll contribute to delivering performant, accessible, and scalable UI solutions, support ongoing modernization efforts, and help drive continuous improvement across our web platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud‑based tooling while directly impacting customer experience and platform reliability. Participation in the on-call support rotation required.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have qualifications

1. Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
2. {OR} The completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
3. {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.

Preferred skills

1. Strong experience building scalable, maintainable user interfaces with Angular and advanced proficiency in TypeScript
2. Experience developing and supporting frontend applications in AWS‑based environments (e.g., S3, CloudFront)
3. Proficiency with software build, version control, and delivery tools including TFVS, Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience using monitoring and analytics tools such as Splunk to support application health
5. Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, generative AI) to improve productivity or code quality is a plus

Compensation

1. $111,000-$138,000/year depending on position level and experience
2. Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
