We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to lead and oversee social media initiatives that drive engagement, grow brand awareness, and deliver measurable results for our clients and agency social media accounts.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign optimization, with a focus on long-term growth and alignment with broader marketing goals. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, mentor junior team members, and support social ad initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term social media strategies, setting platform priorities and ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Lead the development of comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and more.
- Oversee growth opportunities, brand positioning, and stay ahead of future social media trends to ensure the brands remain competitive.
- Write and oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality social content tailored to various audiences and platforms.
- Create reels, short-form video content, and other creative formats to increase social media engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Develop and manage social media editorial calendars, ensuring timely and impactful content distribution.
- Oversee budget allocation for paid social campaigns, ensuring effective spending for maximum impact.
- Manage relationships with clients, providing regular updates on social media performance and strategic recommendations for future campaigns.

- Deep understanding of social media ad platforms, with the ability to support and lead paid ad campaigns to ensure the best return on investment.
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize social media performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in e-commerce and podcast promotion a definite plus.
