1. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
2. 3+ years of experience using CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM providing data insights into customer data.
3. Experience with Visualforce, Apex, Lightning or Javascript.
4. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or other related fields.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with business partners to understand business reporting needs.
2. Design, build and test CRM Analytics dashboards in Salesforce to meet those needs.
3. Partner with the data management and Insights and Analytics teams to define the necessary supporting data structures.
4. Develop best practice standards for data structure and dashboard development.
5. Write technical design documentation.
6. Conducts peer code reviews.
7. Create and executes unit tests.
8. Supports QA team during testing.
9. Mentor less experienced members of the development team.
